Yes. Triple Four Construction is a fully licensed and insured general contractor. Certificates available on request before any contract is signed.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

We do both. From a homeowner's bathroom remodel to commercial renovations and tenant fit-outs, we take the same careful approach and the same transparent pricing.

Is a consultation and estimate really free?

Yes. We'll come out, walk the project, and give you a written estimate at no cost. If we aren't the right fit we'll say so.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Kitchens, bathrooms, full renovations, demolitions, concrete work, painting, fencing, decks, additions, light framing and finish work — residential and commercial. If it's not listed, call and ask.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the scope. Small jobs can often be scheduled within a few weeks. Larger projects we'll plan together so materials and permits are lined up.
